About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Care Practitioner RRT to join our team at Integrated Resources. Key Responsibilities
  1. Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, administering treatments and medications as prescribed, and monitoring patient responses.
  2. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment, including assessment, interventions, and outcomes.
  3. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of respiratory equipment, adhering to established protocols and standards.
  4. Collaboration: Act as a resource person for medical staff, providing expert advice and support on respiratory care matters.
  5. Emergency Response: Participate in the quick response team for cardiac and respiratory arrests, responding promptly and effectively to emergency situations.
Requirements
  • No prior experience required; two years of critical care experience preferred.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of respiratory therapy procedures and techniques, as well as operation and repair of respiratory equipment.
  • Clinical decision-making skills, applying knowledge of pulmonary and cardiac systems to patient care.
  • Ability to interpret patient information, identifying needs and developing effective care plans.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues and staff.
  • Basic computer skills, proficient in using relevant software and technology.
