The Washington Hospital seeks a skilled Radiographer to join our Radiology department. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting the professional staff in preparing patients for examinations and obtaining high-quality diagnostic radiographs.
Salary
$54,000 - $64,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
About the Job
This position involves performing diagnostic, radiographic, and fluoroscopic procedures for patients while maintaining established patient care standards. You will be responsible for providing patient/family-centered care and meeting service excellence expectations. Additionally, this role includes supervising, instructing, and testing student radiographers.
Responsibilities
- Assist professional staff in preparing patients for examinations
- Perform diagnostic, radiographic, and fluoroscopic procedures for patients
- Maintain established patient care standards

- Supervise, instruct, and test student radiographers
Requirements
- ARRT registration or eligibility required
- Must perform established Washington Health System Core Radiographer Skills & Responsibilities
Working Hours
This is a part-time position with varying shifts, including nights and weekends. The typical schedule is 8 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust as needed.
