Private Equity Talent Acquisition Manager

**Job Description:** We are seeking a Vice President of Recruitment to execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract top-tier investment talent. This role will drive the full lifecycle recruiting process and serve as a prominent representative of Blackstone, working closely with HR and Compensation teams to structure competitive and compelling offer packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing an effective recruiting strategy to meet the organization's talent needs
- Identifying and attracting top-tier investment talent through various sources and channels
- Becoming a subject matter expert on market trends, industry activity, and best practices in recruitment
- Providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance and streamline the recruitment process
- Ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
Requirements:
- 8+ years' experience in full lifecycle recruiting in an investment-focused environment or staffing firm supporting financial services clients
- Familiarity with compensation structures within the private equity industry and experience developing complex offer proposals
- Proficiency in recruiting technology, including Boolean search logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Outlook, web-based platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Proven track record of successfully executing in a dynamic, high-touch recruitment environment
- Outstanding professional relationship building and stakeholder management skills
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $175,000 per year, based on the company's average salary for similar positions. In addition to the salary, Blackstone offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
