The Administrative Assistant MCH role at MaineHealth performs a combination of administrative, project, and limited secretarial work for more than one Executive. This role requires a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to multiple Executives, including calendar management, email correspondence, and data entry.
  • Assist with project coordination, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
