Job Summary

The Commercial Lines Sales Representative is an inside sales role with a focus on building a book of business by sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cross-selling, generating customer referrals, and other lead sources.

Responsibilities
  • Sell new business by building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and offering a customized insurance solution from our portfolio of 100+ carriers
  • Requirements for this role include an upbeat and positive attitude, proficiency in multitasking, strong follow-through, and excellent communication skills
  • We value teamwork and seek individuals who can collaborate effectively with their colleagues
Requirements
  • High school or equivalent
  • Property & Casualty license
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales
  • Proven track record of the ability to generate new business sales, retain existing business, and cross-sell other lines of business
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well independently and on a team
  • Precise verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients
Preferred Attributes
  • Bachelor\u2019s Degree or 1+ year(s) of relevant sales experience
