Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
  • Completion of high school or equivalent certification such as a GED is required.
  • A minimum of 7-8 years of culinary experience is essential.
  • Proven experience in building, motivating, and leading a culinary team is necessary.
