We are seeking compassionate State Registered Nurse Aides (SRNAs/CNAs) to join our team at Belmont Terrace Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a valued member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our residents and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Job SummaryAs a State Registered Nurse Aide, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that each resident receives personalized care and attention.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with medication management, including administration and documentation
- Support residents with mobility issues, including transfers and ambulation
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services provided
