Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts while providing legal advice and counsel to business units in areas that include software licensing, data security, privacy, and regulatory matters.
  • Perform legal research and analysis on commercial contracts and information technology law issues.
  • Advise colleagues on legal issues relating to commercial contracts, product development, and compliance.
Requirements
  • Experience drafting information and technology services agreements, software license agreements, and general commercial contracts.
  • Ability to review and evaluate multi-faceted issues and counsel business colleagues on complex legal questions relating to various business matters.
  • A college degree and a Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $121,000.00 to $203,900.00, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
