Pay Rate: $35-60 per hour

Experience Required: Minimum of 6 years of experience in executive protection or a related field.

Licenses: BSIS Guard Card, BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit, Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW/LEOSA/HR218), Appropriate Use of Force and/or Weapons of Mass Destruction Certification, Powers to Arrest Certification, First Aid, CPR and AED for Adult, Child and Infant.

Job Description:

We are seeking highly trained and experienced security professionals to join our team as High-Risk Protection Specialists in the Danville area. As a member of our elite team, you will be responsible for providing armed close protection and security services to high-profile clients. This role requires exceptional situational awareness, vigilance, and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide armed close protection and security services to high-profile clients.
  • Conduct threat assessments and develop tailored security plans for each client.
  • Monitor and secure the client's environment, including residences, workplaces, and travel routes.
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
  • Conduct advanced security preparations and risk assessments at various locations.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Operations Center to ensure proper support.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of the client.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
  • Provide security briefings and updates to the client.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in executive protection or a related field.
  • Background in law enforcement, military, or security services.
  • Valid security certifications and licenses as required by local regulations:
  • BSIS Guard Card.
  • BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit.
  • Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW/LEOSA/HR218).
  • Weapons of Mass Destruction Certification.
  • Powers to Arrest Certification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and AED for Adult, Child, and Infant.
  • Excellent physical fitness and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in conducting threat assessments and developing security plans.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
