Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist at Catawba Springs Dental Care, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental hygiene services to our patients, including routine cleanings, exams, and patient education.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and experiences
- Conduct routine cleanings, exams, and patient education
- Work closely with our experienced dentists and hygienists to deliver top-notch care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and technologies
- Current dental hygienist license in North Carolina
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening
- CPR Certification
- New grads and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
