Competitive Pay and Benefits:

Enjoy a starting rate of $21.00/hour, increasing to $22.00/hour after 6 months of employment, plus opportunities for bonuses and performance-based merit increases. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision insurance, starting on the first day of employment. Additionally, you'll receive 10 paid company holidays, paid vacation time, 401k with company match after 60 days, and short-term and long-term disability insurance, among other perks.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid CDL A or CDL B license, at least 6 months of verifiable driving experience, and a clean MVR with no DUIs within the last 3 years. You'll also need to be able to lift extension chutes and other items weighing between 25 and 45 pounds, work irregular hours, and climb up and down ladder/stairs using three points of contact.

Home Time, Route, & Schedule:

Enjoy daily home time, with a varied schedule that may include overtime and weekends. Our routes are local, around the Denver/Hickory area, with no overnight travel required. You'll operate a truck with automatic transmission, event-triggered cameras, and slip seating.

Equipment and Qualifications:

Our fleet includes Oshkosh, Terex, and Mack truck models, and you'll need to meet the following qualifications: be at least 21 years old, have a valid CDL A or CDL B license, and possess 6 months of verifiable driving experience. You'll also need to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) pre-employment drug test, DOT physical, MVR, and national background screen, as well as an agility test.
