Part-Time Lead Waste Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Lead Waste Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Area Leader to manage the total service delivery for our apartment communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to our residents, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist the Area Leader with training and development of Service Valets, focusing on safety, quality control, and productivity.
- Conduct regular spot-checks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collect and process missed trash, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Communicate effectively with the Area Leader and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide coverage for understaffed properties within an assigned district, ensuring continuity of service.
- Document and report any property or resident non-compliance, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Assist with evening recruiting efforts, including referral generation and flyer distribution.
- Provide candidates with a realistic job preview, highlighting the responsibilities and expectations of the Service Valet role.
- Assist with presentations during team meetings, promoting a positive and engaging company culture.
- Support the Area Leader with scheduling, performance evaluations, and motivation of Service Valets.

Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
- Ability to adapt to changing weather conditions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of lifting and transporting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Able to walk the distance of a property and be exposed to disagreeable odors.
- Capability to climb stairs and navigate uneven terrain.
- Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan, utilizing our mobile app.
- Flexibility to work a split schedule and/or be on call during irregular hours.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a preference for AA degree or prior experience in customer service and people management.
