Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring the safety of staff, members, and visitors.
  • Patrol the premises to identify and prevent potential security threats, hazards, and unusual activity.
  • Screen individuals for admittance to the facility, expediting the process while maintaining a secure environment.
  • Respond to emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, and inclement weather, with calm urgency.
  • May also include patient escort, patient watch, and providing safety escorts.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, troubleshooting, and managing stressful situations.
  • Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years old for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will undergo a background investigation and drug screening.
  • Licensing requirements may apply, depending on state and local laws.
