Security Officer Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine patrols of the hotel property to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed.
  • Monitor and report any discrepancies or unusual occurrences.

Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Valid California driver's license and ability to drive a stick shift.

Working Conditions:

The Security Officer will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interactions with guests and staff. The position requires the ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods. The Security Officer will also be required to work in extreme temperature ranges and perform duties that involve lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 100 pounds.
