Sycamore Springs, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Indianapolis. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our network of referral sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account management strategies to drive business growth and increase referrals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Participate in community events and programs to establish Sycamore Springs as a thought leader in the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to develop and execute marketing strategies and special events.
- Stay up-to-date on program changes and communicate effectively with referral sources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Valid driver's license and a favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), along with proof of insurance when using own auto.
