We sell and print over 300,000 customized golf balls each week, utilizing our proprietary visualization and fulfillment platform.
Job Summary:
We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales - Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.
As the Sales - Lead Generation Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include researching and targeting potential clients, generating high-quality leads, and nurturing relationships with prospects.
You'll collaborate with the team to analyze data and devise strategies for enhancing our lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Strategy Development:
Develop strategies for identifying and generating new business leads through proactive outbound communication efforts.
Prospect Research:
Utilize various channels, including online research and social media, to research and identify potential leads aligned with company target demographics.
Lead Qualification:
Contact and qualify leads through effective communication methods such as phone calls, emails, and other relevant channels.
Database Management:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of leads and prospects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for future reference and follow-up.
Metrics Tracking and Analysis:
Monitor and report on key lead generation metrics to evaluate progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven track record in lead generation, especially in sales or marketing.
- Proficient in various lead generation methods like cold calling, networking, and outreach.
- Skilled in identifying and qualifying leads through research, with familiarity in CRM software.
