Job Summary:

As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, building and maintaining meaningful and long-term relationships with each customer. You will contribute to optimizing inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining the brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards & directives in the store. You will also contribute to the management of the inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction

• Optimize inventory management to meet sales and customer needs

• Increase sales and customer satisfaction through effective visual merchandising and presentation

• Manage and process shipments, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment

• Contribute to the development and implementation of store visual merchandising and presentation standards

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store goals and objectives

Requirements:

• High school diploma

• 2 years of retail experience is an asset

• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment

• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented

• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships

• Effective time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously

• Loves to keep things organized; is a hands-on teammate, who takes a proactive approach to all tasks

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service

• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset

• Available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
