Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional Global Healthcare Marketing Compliance Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in the commercialization of new products within our innovative portfolio of continuous glucose monitoring products.
As a member of the Marketing group, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing programs, providing guidance on amendments, procedures, agreements, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with corporate and divisional requirements.
You will maintain compliance with the Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) and other corporate and divisional requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for monthly validation and reporting to corporate on transfers of value related to marketing programs (Sunshine Act Reporting).
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience preferably in the healthcare/medical device industry
- Experience preferred with a focus on marketing compliance and auditing
- Proven track record of developing, implementing, and optimizing a marketing compliance program
- Solutions-oriented collaborator
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence partners in functional areas
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
This position offers a competitive salary of $125,700 - $251,500 per year, depending on specific locations.
