Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Danville, KY. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to students with speech and language disorders.

Compensation Package

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive salary range between $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401K matching program, and professional support and CEU reimbursement.

Responsibilities

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position involves working with students aged K-12, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure student success. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating regularly with parents and guardians.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid Kentucky SLP licensure, have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
