Medical Care Specialist

About the Role:
In this critical role, you will work closely with patients who require extended hospital care due to chronic or critical illnesses. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Bathing patients using basin-less bath products and maintaining their physical well-being.
- Providing oral hygiene, feeding, and hair care services as needed.
- Participating in hourly rounds to ensure timely delivery of patient care services.
- Transporting patients to and from treatment centers when necessary.
- Maintaining cleanliness of instruments, equipment, and patient rooms.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience as a nursing assistant, medical assistant, or in a related field. You should also possess strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
