Critical Care Nurse

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse Critical Care will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing principles, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based care to critically ill patients, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Current Florida RN licensure or endorsement.
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
- Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card and ACLS certification.
- Experience in critical care nursing, preferably in an acute care facility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
