Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team at Holmes Regional Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care, including progress notes, medication administration records, and other relevant information.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current Florida RN licensure or endorsement.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; BSN highly preferred.
- Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card and ACLS certification required.
- Experience in critical care nursing preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
This is a per diem opportunity with varied shift times, including 7:00 am - 7:00 pm. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
