Our compensation model offers you control to maximize your income potential with an estimated annual salary range of $101,000 to $120,000, plus productivity-based income potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible, providing comprehensive benefits and paid professional liability insurance.

**Job Description**
As a Primary Care Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing comprehensive primary care services to a manageable patient panel of 15 patients per day.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Ensuring smooth transitions of care with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies.


**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • A graduate degree as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
  • An active and unrestricted NP or PA license in Connecticut (RI additional is a plus).
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
