Job Title: Electrical Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team at Professional Electrical Contractors of Ct, Inc.

Job Summary:

The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the installation and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. This includes ensuring that all work is done in accordance with local and national electrical codes, as well as company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical crews to ensure efficient and safe completion of projects.
  • Inspect and test electrical installations to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
  • Develop and implement plans for electrical projects, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in electrical contracting, with a focus on supervision and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
