Position Summary:

The Sales and Guest Services Representative is a vital member of the Product Sales & Services (PSS) Department, dedicated to providing exceptional guest service while facilitating the sale of activities, tickets, passes, lessons, and childcare services. As part of this team, you will enhance the guest experience and represent Vail Resorts.

Position Specifications:

  • Expected Pay: $20.00 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-Time & Part-Time
    • Weekends and holidays may be required;
  • Skill Level: High proficiency with Windows-based systems and handheld devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate in our contact centers, ticket/pass offices, and throughout our resort to create memorable experiences.
  • Engage with guests via phone and email.
  • Accurately and efficiently explain and process all resort products and services.
  • Conduct daily end-of-shift point-of-sale/register audits.
  • Contribute to a fun, professional, and supportive work environment.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced setting while delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Comfortable working indoors for prolonged periods.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Capability to lift 25 lbs.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in the workplace and adhere to appearance standards.

A Sales and Guest Services Representative is a versatile employee who may work across multiple departments and in various roles to support the cohesive resort experience, which could include:

  • Mountain Activities
  • Retail Rental Operations
  • Food and Beverage Support
  • Ticket Sales or Scanning
  • Lift Operations
  • Base Area Operations

The anticipated pay range is $20. This reflects the compensation we reasonably expect for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on various factors.
