This vital position will provide oversight and clinical skills necessary for ensuring that all patient feedings are produced in a safe environment following industry standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead performance improvement initiatives within the Infant Nutrition Lab to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Recruit, onboard, and supervise Infant Nutrition Technicians to ensure they possess the necessary skills and competencies.
  • Coordinate the storage, preparation, and distribution of human milk and infant formula, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement clinical nutrition services for the Infant Nutrition Lab, promoting evidence-based practices and patient-centered care.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and competency assessment of Infant Nutrition Technicians to ensure they meet the required standards.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field.

Credentials:


• Dietitian/Nutritionist License – Florida.

Preferred Experience:


• Two (2) years of experience as a Dietitian in a pediatric setting.
