Job Summary

Closets By Design Tampa is seeking a highly skilled and articulate professional to fill the role of Receptionist. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive starting wage of $15.00/hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance and experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, and familiarity with customer service software is a plus.

Responsibilities will include scheduling design appointments with customers, managing the installation calendar, working with designers to process incoming jobs, and collaborating with production to process finished jobs. The successful candidate will be a team player who is able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
