Intensive Care Unit Nurse

Prime Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our award-winning team. As a member of our team, you will be part of a community dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Southern Regional Medical Center, a 331-bed full-service hospital, offers a wide range of services including Senior Care, Emergency Services, Heart and Vascular, Advanced Imaging, and more. Our hospital is certified as a Chest Pain Center and Primary Stroke Center, and we are committed to providing the highest level of care to our patients.
ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This includes providing direct patient care, directing and guiding patient/family teaching, and maintaining standards of care in the ICU.
The ideal candidate will have a current and valid state RN license, current BLS certificate, and completion of a Critical Care Course. A minimum of one year of experience as a staff RN in an acute care hospital, with critical care experience preferred. Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification is also preferred.
