Intensive Care Unit Nurse

Southern Regional Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in the region, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team.
As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, utilizing your expertise and knowledge to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care.
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
- Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
- Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
- Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care preferred.
- Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
