Job Description

We seek a highly motivated individual with a strong desire for self-improvement and excellent attention to detail to join our purpose-driven team as a Certified Dental Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will facilitate treatment provided by our doctors and enhance the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat patients efficiently, ensuring a timely and professional experience.
  • Prepare patients for treatment by checking them in and performing preliminary tasks as directed.
  • Assist doctors thoroughly and professionally with orthodontic procedures.
  • Accurately record electronic chart entries detailing each visit.
  • Clean and prepare operatories for patient treatment.
  • Deliver clear and concise orthodontic and oral hygiene instructions using visual aids.
  • Collect patient records, including photos and impressions for study models.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked clinic.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, attending to their needs.
Requirements
  • Possess knowledge of procedures and terminology, as well as related instruments and equipment.
  • Provide infection control and sterilization according to industry standards.
  • Have a general understanding of dental equipment maintenance.
  • Familiarity with electronic patient record use and associated computer skills.

  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Excellent vision and hearing.
  • In good physical shape to withstand frequent bending, stooping, leaning, sitting, and walking.
Benefits

We offer competitive pay and benefits, including $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
