Job OverviewWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our weekend team in Brooklyn, NY.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities- Collect vital information from new Residents and record their health details, including vitals and temperature.
- Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as required.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and assist with Resident personal hygiene and dressing.
- Monitor food and liquid intake and output, maintaining accurate records.
- A valid LPN State license, with good standing on the State Registry.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully.
Base rate: $30.13 per hour, with an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts.
