Key Responsibilities:

Member Engagement:

  • Assist with membership promotions, brainstorming, and execution.
  • Respond to online membership inquiries in the absence of the membership manager.
  • Conduct tours for prospective members as necessary.
  • Support the maintenance of membership spreadsheets, charts, and historical data.
  • Focus on member retention through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence during the initial 18 months of membership.

Data Management and Analysis:

  • Assist with processing member applications and resignations.
  • Keep accurate records of member interactions, preferences, and feedback.
  • Maintain organization of paperwork and database filing.
  • Analyze membership data to identify trends and opportunities for improving member engagement and retention.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the club's management team to align member engagement strategies with the overall goals of Spokane Club Inc.
  • Work together with department heads to ensure a unified approach to member service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in member engagement, customer service, or a related field, ideally within a club or hospitality setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with members.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, along with basic computer skills and the capacity to learn various software systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support member events and activities.
