Donor Relations Coordinator

Vitalant is seeking a dedicated Donor Relations Specialist to support our life-saving mission. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our donors. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting donors at local donation centers, providing education on blood and blood product donation procedures, and assisting with scheduling their next donations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist donor services staff with addressing donor questions and monitoring wait times.
- Retain current donors by scheduling their next donation appointment.
- Educate donors on additional collection techniques to optimize donation opportunities.
- Administer customer service and marketing surveys to donors.
- Review and enhance frequent donor programs and collection technologies to optimize donation opportunities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- One year of customer service experience required.
