Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Furniture Industry Support Specialist. As a key member of our customer care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and building strong relationships with our partners.

About the Role

This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information and pricing in a professional and courteous manner. You will also be responsible for processing orders, checking inventory, tracking shipments, and analyzing customer complaints to find effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information and pricing in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order Management: Process orders, check inventory, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints, working closely with internal teams to find effective solutions.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in customer service, product knowledge, and industry-specific software.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives, share best practices, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring purchase orders are placed in a timely manner and any questions regarding purchase orders are handled properly.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities dynamically to meet deadlines and changing goals.

Benefits and Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
