We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team at a well-established financial brokerage firm in Lubbock. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a strong understanding of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships and build strong working relationships with various customers and support staff.
  • Analyze and validate funding schedules, and perform periodic review of client AR reports.
  • Monitor and upload payment status, and make collection calls as needed.
  • Facilitate submission, uploading, reconciling of schedules and payments.
  • Other projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Associate in business and/or 2+ years of recent experience in a professional office environment preferred.
  • 2+ years accounting, bookkeeping, functions including (AR, AP, etc.)
  • Good job stability and prior referenceable experience are a MUST.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Motivated, self-driven and team focused.
