Job Title: Social Media Manager

Velocity Restorations is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to create high-quality, engaging content that showcases our car restoration projects, company culture, and industry expertise.
  • Manage daily operations of social media platforms, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and inquiries.
  • Build and nurture an online community of classic car enthusiasts and clients, engaging with followers, influencers, and industry leaders to foster positive relationships and promote brand advocacy.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or MailChimp, providing regular reports on KPIs and adjusting strategies based on performance data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience managing social media accounts, with a strong preference for experience in the automotive or luxury goods industries.
  • Proven track record of growing social media followings and increasing engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Expertise in content creation, including photography, videography, and graphic design (knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, MailChimp, Google Analytics).
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
