Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and other educational institutions to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaboration with the family, physicians, schools, and other educational institutions to deliver the best clinical outcomes.
  • Completing case management activities consistent with department quality assurance and quality improvement standards.
  • Incorporating principles of cultural-competence and family-centered care into clinical services.
  • Providing services consistent with contemporary, evidence-based practice in physical therapy and department quality assurance standards.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An Associate Degree from an Accredited PTA program.
  • Certification in BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR.
  • A State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Physical Therapist (PTA) license.
