Scope of Responsibilities:
This role involves significant interaction with clients, extending credit, and delivering banking services. Collaborate with legal professionals to coordinate loan closings, service ongoing credits, and resolve issues with problematic loans.

Required Education and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in commercial real estate lending. Proficient in the use of personal computers and software relevant to the department. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to engage with personnel at all organizational levels.
Credit analysis expertise is essential.
M&T Bank is dedicated to offering fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation for our employees. The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $192,839.55 annually (USD). The specific compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on their unique combination of knowledge, skills, and experience.
