Job Description:
We're seeking a talented Cyber Capability Developer to join our team of ambitious engineers. As a member of our group, you'll develop exploits and build mission-aligned proof-of-concept capabilities.
You'll collaborate with government sponsors and operators to ensure that capabilities can be deployed within operational constraints.
Explore novel techniques for automating reverse engineering and exploit development.
Propose groundbreaking ideas for internal and external funding opportunities.
Share knowledge by clearly articulating ideas through papers and presentations to team members, APL management, and government decision makers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You meet our minimum qualifications if you have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Have at least 2 years of relevant software engineering experience.
Are a versatile programmer in several different languages including C/C++ and Python.
Are excited to learn new programming languages, libraries, and frameworks.
Are self-motivated to derive actionable tasks from high-level requirements and/or research concepts.
Are proficient in modern software engineering practices (agile methods, continuous integration, unit testing, and version control).
Have interest in learning reverse engineering (RE) skills to support RE efforts and RE automation.
Are willing to work with legacy systems and technology if needed.
Hold an active TS/SCI+poly security clearance.

Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 per year.
