Job Summary:
Titan Medical Group is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Cath Lab Tech, you will be responsible for assisting physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures, including coronary and peripheral angioplasty, stenting, and other cardiovascular procedures.
- Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and imaging systems.
- Prepare and maintain patient records, including medical history, test results, and procedure notes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical technologies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current ARRT(R) certification and/or RCIS certification.
- Previous experience in a Cath Lab setting, preferably with a medical imaging or cardiovascular background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and move patients, as well as stand for long periods of time.
