As a Strategic Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to identify and grow designated strategic account relationships in order to achieve company sales and EBIT goals.

You will build and maintain exceptionally strong relationships with designated strategic customers using consultative selling tactics and working at all levels of the customer organization.

The primary role of the Strategic Account Growth Specialist is to generate revenue from designated strategic accounts and increase wallet share by in-person consultive visits, video conferences and phone calls or other means.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to identify and grow designated strategic account relationships.
  • Building and maintaining exceptionally strong relationships with designated strategic customers using consultative selling tactics.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to develop and implement creative marketing strategies and product solutions for our strategic customers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B solar distribution sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • 3+ years' experience working with and growing wallet share with national strategic accounts in the solar energy sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
