Project Management Specialist

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical construction projects. With a focus on managing budgets, timelines, and resources, this individual will ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate project contracts, including revisions, changes, and additions.
- Develop and maintain project controls, budget setup, and schedules of values.
- Execute major project purchases, including development of purchasing goals and management of material releases.
- Manage project profitability through predictive analysis and revenue forecasting.
- Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement quality control programs.
- Regularly visit projects to assess performance, progress, and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and tools required for electrical construction.
- Experience managing projects over $3 million.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
