Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision.
- Assist with patient mobility and positioning.
- Support patients in personal care and daily living activities.
- Communicate any changes in patients' physical, mental, or emotional conditions to nursing staff and document findings.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of patient rooms and medical equipment.

Qualifications:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire or transfer. Acceptable certifications include those from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent, or 1 year of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required.
