Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, managing store operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Partner with the Store Manager to plan and execute community events and develop mutually beneficial business relationships with various rescue agencies
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and clean store environment, including the protection of all company assets and the well-being of all livestock
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail management role
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license and access to a motor vehicle preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for long periods of time
