We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents. A high school diploma/GED is required, and previous experience working with seniors is preferred.

A competitive salary of $43,000 - $53,000 per year, based on geographic location and experience, will be offered to the selected candidate. About the Job

• Provide high-quality care and services to residents and their families
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and staff
• Assist with daily tasks and activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Participate in the development of individualized service plans (ISPs) and monthly updates
• Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote risk management programs
