Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate executive-level calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track information and trends
  • Assist with special projects and events, as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
  • Minimum of three years of administrative experience supporting executive-level professionals
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
