Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate executive-level calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including data entry and record-keeping
- Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track information and trends
- Assist with special projects and events, as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Minimum of three years of administrative experience supporting executive-level professionals
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
