Emory University Student Conduct Administrator Position

We are seeking a talented and experienced student conduct administrator to join our team at Emory University.
About the RoleThe Assistant Director will be responsible for assisting with the investigation and resolution of non-academic misconduct allegations involving undergraduate students and student organizations.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and resolve individual student conduct matters, utilizing various resolution options including adjudication and restorative practices.
- Assist with the review and investigation of alleged individual and/or student group misconduct, and manage the implementation and oversight of the Student Conduct Ambassadors Program.
- Coordinate and oversee programmatic office initiatives, including Emory Integrity programming, proactive educational events and trainings, and collaborative event opportunities.
- Facilitate training and outreach to community members, including conduct administrators, student conduct board members, and faculty/staff members who serve a role in the student conduct process.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A master's degree in student personnel, higher education, counseling or a related field, and three years of higher education/student affairs professional experience, OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- At least two years of direct student conduct experience, demonstrating knowledge of student conduct best practices, higher education legal issues, and student organization misconduct.

SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
