About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warranty Coordinator to join our team at Dreamstyle Remodeling. As a Warranty Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accept and document inbound claims accurately in our CRM system
  • Assess the urgency and materials needed for each claim and initiate contact with customers within 24 hours
  • Effectively communicate with customers regarding materials and order times
  • Schedule and coordinate work orders in a timely manner
  • Document and order materials for claims efficiently
  • Maintain accurate logs in our project management software
  • Record completed work orders and confirm all photos uploaded by installers
  • Daily communication with our installation team and managers
  • Identify projects needing rescheduling and adjust installer assignments based on aptitude
  • Monitor installer arrival, departure, and progress, and promptly notify clients of any adjustments to arrival times
Requirements
  • Previous experience in installation support or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management software
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Training and coaching experience is a plus
