Job Summary

USA DeBusk, LLC is seeking a skilled Hydro Blasting Specialist to join our team of experts in the downstream energy market. As a Hydro Blasting Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of physical activities that require strength and flexibility of the whole body.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Set-Up Cleaning Equipment: Operate and set-up all necessary cleaning equipment such as high-pressure pumps, in-service line hydro-blasting, and vacuum, in accordance with operational and training guidelines and safety procedures.
  • Adhere to Safety Policies: Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including but not limited to personal protective gear.
  • Work Safely in Industrial Settings: Ability to work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and heavy industrial settings.
  • Manually Clean and Repair Equipment: Manually clean, install, fit, repair valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, and all other external and internal equipment on tanks.
  • Inspect Equipment and Work Area: Assist in the inspection of equipment, hoses, connections, pumps, and general work area prior to starting any job. Inform supervisor of deficiencies, which may cause accidents, injuries, or lost productivity.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License: Driver's license or State issued I.D. – MUST BE VALID.
  • TWIC Card: TWIC card in hand or the ability to obtain a TWIC card.
  • Pass a Hair Follicle and Urine Drug Screen: Must be capable of passing a hair follicle and urine drug screen.
  • Basic Safety Training Skills: Understand and follows verbal and written instructions.
  • Hydro Blasting Experience: Hydro blasting or pressure cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
  • General Labor Experience: General labor experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Physically Capable: Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned.
  • Lift at Least 50 Pounds: Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Stand and/or Walk Continuously: Physically capable of standing and/or walking continuously for long periods of time if necessary.
  • Climb, Balance, Bend/Stoop, and Kneel: Physically capable of climbing, balance, bend/stoop, and kneel continuously.
