Job Summary

USA DeBusk, LLC is seeking a skilled Hydro Blasting Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of physical activities that require strength and flexibility of the whole body.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Set-Up Cleaning Equipment: You will operate and set-up all necessary cleaning equipment, including high-pressure pumps, in-service line hydro-blasting, and vacuum, in accordance with operational and training guidelines and safety procedures.
  • Adhere to Safety Policies: You will adhere to all safety policies and practices, including but not limited to personal protective gear, to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work in Hazardous Environments: You will be able to work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and heavy industrial settings.
  • Manual Labor: You will manually clean, install, fit, repair valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, and all other external and internal equipment on tanks.
  • Inspect Equipment: You will assist in the inspection of equipment, hoses, connections, pumps, and general work area prior to starting any job, and inform your supervisor of any deficiencies that may cause accidents, injuries, or lost productivity.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • TWIC Card: You must have a TWIC card, or be able to obtain one.
  • Driver's License: You must have a valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
  • Physical Abilities: You must be physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned, including lifting at least 50 pounds, standing and/or walking continuously for long periods of time, and climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, and kneeling continuously.
  • Travel Requirements: You must be able to travel out of town up to 25% of the time and work at industrial owner facilities.
  • On-Call Requirements: You must be willing to be on-call 24/7 and work off-shifts and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hydro Blasting Experience: You must have experience with hydro blasting or pressure cleaning.
  • General Labor Experience: You must have general labor experience.
